Group-wide migration to VoIP with modern UC solution from Swyx
The short-term installation of a SwyxWare Proof of Concept convinced and initiated the group-wide conversion to VoiP. TA Triumph-Adler GmbH, developer of individual process solutions for documents, information and IT, has decided to introduce the SwyxWare solution from the market-leading UCC provider Swyx Solutions GmbH nationwide after a test run of several weeks using a proof of concept.
TA Triumph-Adler GmbH belongs to the Japanese Kyocera Group and is a specialist in the document business. The company has 35 locations nationwide and 50 worldwide and develops and delivers integrated Managed Document Services (MDS) that cover the entire processing of (digital) documents. The aim is to support the networking and mobilization of office activities against the background of digitization and IT security. This includes analysis and consulting as well as training on information security or the implementation of an IT-based document workflow and process optimization.
TA Triumph-Adler GmbH has opted for the innovative and intuitively usable SwyxWare IP telephone system from Swyx Solutions GmbH. Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. Matthias Bonnekessel, telecommunications specialist at TA Triumph-Adler, was extensively advised by project manager Michael Henkel and, after the convincing test run of the PoC, entrusted Swyx Excellence Partner Frings Informatic Solutions with the nationwide installation of the software-based telephony solution SwyxWare for more than 800 users. In addition, the Frings Informatic colleagues set up the myContactCenter contact center solution for 60 agents at the Schwerin service center.

Internationally operating corporations rely on flexible and efficient communication – across geographical boundaries. The UC solution Swyxware from Swyx Solutions GmbH makes this possible!
The complementary application enables the complete integration of an own inbound call center. The enthusiasm of those responsible at TA Triumph-Adler for the latest technological developments is therefore not only reflected in the further development and perfection of their own products, but they also want to take full advantage of the benefits of digitisation.
„After installing a proof of concept at short notice, we entered into the group-wide conversion to VoIP in close cooperation with Mr. Henkel and his team. By migrating telephony to a central service in our corporate network, we are saving more than half of the costs previously incurred by our locations. SwyxWare’s open interfaces made it possible to develop a telephone conference system in-house, so that costs for external service providers could also be completely neutralized. Swyx offers a modern UC solution that significantly increases the efficiency and collaboration of our employees across geographical boundaries. The complementary product myContactCenter also enables the complete integration of our inbound call centre,“ says Matthias Bonnekessel, telecommunications specialist at TA Triumph-Adler, about the cooperation with Frings Informatic.
